Most, if not all, of my beautiful plugins won't work, and when I start Live Writer, I get multiple boxes like the one above. As you can somewhat plainly see, I do have .NET Framework 2.0 installed. I got the errors to go away once by removing and reinstalling all .NET Frameworks and updates. I think I got one use out of it before the errors returned.
It's interesting that my problems with WLW began as soon as I fixed my issues with the Tablet Input Panel. Perhaps it's not a coincidence.
I surely do miss my Ink!
