RIAA Learns Bullying Innocent People Doesn't Always Pay Off

Supposedly, these persecutors of grannies and preteens will usually drop a case when things start to go badly for them; this time, they couldn't see it was time to go home (apologies to Billy Joel).  It was decided in this case that the RIAA's intended victim wasn't liable for someone else's misbehavior with her internet account, since she didn't know about it.  Furthermore, because the RIAA continued to harass the owner of the account even after learning who the guilty party was, they were ordered to pay her attorneys' fees.
