Customer Service Nightmare: XM Didn't Hit the Spot

There's been a lot of buzz on the web about customer service experiences from hell, from computer manufacturers who don't return computers in a timely fashion, to companies which refuse to let customers sever ties. As I caught up on my reading at Daily Gadget, I learned of the Editor in Chief's troubles when he decided that he needed to use only one of his three XM radios. Alan got buck-passing, disconnects, cajoling, etc...and XM got theirs.
