If You Are Holding Out for Vista Before Buying that New PC...

Caught this bit from Kotaku via Gizmodo. Ars Technica reports that, starting in October, Microsoft will begin issuing to new PC buyers coupons that will allow them to upgrade to Vista for free. I guess I will be waiting on that Ultra-Mobile PC purchase another, uh, nine to twelve weeks.
