Today is the third annual Fair Use Day. I checked the project's web page, but I can't tell if every July 11th is supposed to be the day, or if it's something like every second Wednesday in July. Either way, I made everybody a Fair Use Day card, just because I can.
Just so we're clear, that one product should come with the ability to make backup copies (for the consumer or recipient of the product, not the whole world), and once the product is sold to the customer, it should not matter if she's using her PC, DAP, stereo game console or DVD player to use the product.
